After landing at the airport, we picked up our rental car; we got to pick out our car, and chose a Nissan Rogue, since we’ve owned one before, and Mom has one, so we’re familiar with them (though this was newer, so a bit different):

Since our Alaska trip was postponed, we decided to commiserate with a trip to Hawaii instead. We’ve previously been to Hawaii a few times (and Jenn grew up there), and had been to the Hawaiʻi Volcanoes National Park, but we still needed to check off the Haleakalā National Park on Maui.

Today marks the five year anniversary of our first night of RV life, when we bought and spent our first night in our 2017 Tiffin Allegro Bus 40SP motorhome.
In those five years, we traveled to every state in the contiguous US, crossing the country several times, and saw lots of fascinating places and had many adventures.
We are no longer full-time RVers, now that we are selling our coach, but we aren’t giving up on RV life; stay tuned for what’s next for us.
